Easy LAN Chat is an easy to use Local Area Network chat program for use by computers on an established Windows 95 or 98 network using share level access. It does not use the Internet for chatting and cannot communicate with, or by using, Internet protocols. Easy LAN Chat makes it easy for you to communicate with other people on your LAN. In Version 2.0 you can send a private, secure message to another computer with the Private Message utility and monitor regular chat room activity with the Easy LAN Chat Monitor. With the new monitor, you can join any current normal chat (not private message) on your LAN. Version 2.0 also utilizes chat logging which is optional.
