Description         :
MasterPass allows you to keep multiple system passwords synchronized, 
including Microsoft, NetWare and Windows '95 systems.  MasterPass 
requires no complicated server installations and is both easy to use 
and install.  MasterPass is uniquely different from other 
synchronization applications in that it will update passwords both on 
the local Windows '95 system (including Screen Saver) and multiple 
network providers. 

MasterPass is ideal in a mixed NetWare and Microsoft environment, but 
is also beneficial for environments with only NetWare or Microsoft.  A
