I. MASTERPASS OVERVIEW

MasterPass allows you to keep multiple system passwords synchronized,
including Microsoft, NetWare and Windows '95 systems.  MasterPass requires
no complicated server installations and is both easy to use and install.
MasterPass is uniquely different from other synchronization applications in
that it will update passwords both on the local Windows '95 system
(including Screen Saver) and multiple network providers.

MasterPass is ideal in a mixed NetWare and Microsoft environment, but is also
beneficial for environments with only NetWare or Microsoft.  A complete
feature list is shown below:

General Features:
* Fully automated setup for easy deployment to hundreds of clients

* System availability verified before password synchronization

* Resynchronize all systems when unique password rules are broken

Windows '95:

Microsoft Networking:
* Synchronize Multiple NT Domain passwords

* Detect availability of NT member servers prior to synchronization

II. INSTALLING MASTERPASS
If you receive MasterPass in .zip format, unzip the single .exe file inside
and the launch the setup program (self extracting archive).  If you download
the .exe file(i.e., from our website), you can run it directly.

III. ORDERING AND DISTRIBUTING INFORMATION
MasterPass is NOT a freeware program.  You may install and use MasterPass for
a 30 day trial period.  If you continue to use the product after 30 days you
must register it.  The trial version if freely distributable.

MasterPass licenses are additive.  Increases in user level can be accomplished
by adding multiple licenses together.  Additive license packs are available
for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250-user packs.

If you are having difficulty with MasterPass, the best way to receive support
is to check our website at www.flashnet.com/~mstrpass for any patches or
known issues.  You can also e:Mail your problem to mstrpass@flash.net with the
following information:
1. Your contact information including e:Mail address, phone number and pager.
2. The version of Windows '95 and Novell Client

Attach a copy of the configuration file that can be located in the users
windows directory.  This file contains a detailed log of the process
MasterPass went through to change the users password.  Each user logging
into the workstation will have their own unique configuration file in the
format of <userID>.mp.
