LICENSE TERMS

Both MGUI library and MGUI Designer are supplied in this kit as
FREEWARE FOR NON COMMERCIAL USE under all platforms.
They are Copyrighted, but you can freely copy and/or distribute them, provided
that:

- The original compressed archive is kept.
- No change is made in any file in the archive.
- No charge is requested to the recipient.

This license allows you to create FREEWARE applications and to distribute
them (binary only is also permitted) with any needed file in the kit (like
arrow bitmaps). Your program description must inform the end user that it
uses MGUI library and must also indicate a site where the user can download
MGUI.
If your FREEWARE program requires a customization in the initial message
shown by the program at startup, you can contact me.
The Linux version of MGUI doe not display the splash message,
although it can be forced by starting the mgui program with the
argument option -mguiinfo (eg: mguitest -mguiinfo).

A program that uses this version of MGUI cannot be used for
commercial or business purposes, as noted by the program itself with the
initial message.

If you want to realize commercial applications with MGUI, you must buy
a commercial license. In addition, the licensed user achieves:

- possibility to change and remove the program's initial message
- notification (via e-mail) about MGUI updates
- a greater attention in the reported bugs

OMMERCIAL LICENSE

The SHAREWARE license is no longer supported. Only the FULL license
can be applied to any kind of user.

The commercial license makes use of the same library and Designer.
However, the 'flcustom.exe' program supplied allows the user to:
- hide the splash message (which can be displayed via the '-mguiinfo'
  argument in the command line)
- enable the auto program checksum (for virus/hacker infection detection)
- set an expiration date in the executable
- bind a program to a machine, under BGI, via BIOS checkusum.
