This file describes the changes in QVCS 3.2 that a user of QVCS 3.1 will want
to know about.

General Comments:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.  QVCS logfile format is identical between 3.2 and 3.1.  There were absolutely
no changes made in this area.  This means that 3.2 and 3.1 can inter-operate.
2.  The message file for 3.2 has changed from that used in 3.0 and 3.1.  This
file (qvcsmsgf) contains many of the message strings used within the product.
If you want to continue to use 3.1 and 3.2 at the same time, you must install
3.2 into a separate directory, since the message files for 3.1 and 3.2 are
NOT compatible.
3.  In the help file, there is a summary of the new "features" implemented for
3.2.  These are largely useability changes made at the request of the growing
QVCS user community.  There are other more minor changes in the product as well.
4.  QWin3 will now also show you in the file list when a file you've checked
out is different than the latest revision in the archive.
5.  Performance is an area that awaits my attention.  Some users report that
QVCS is slow when working with 600 file projects, and that it is slow when
archives are located on a network drive.  These areas will be addressed in
a future release.
6.  There is now some elementary instrumentation in the product.  In some
circumstances, QWin3 may write to a qvcserr.log file in the QVCS executable
directory.
Thanks to all of you for your comments and suggestions.  If you have other
feature suggestions to improve the product, please let me know.
My goal is for QVCS to remain the best version control value on the market.
