 This licence applies to the Scriptol compiler.
It must be distinguished of the licence of the Scriptol programming language.

Licence of the personal edition

 The personal edition of the compiler is free for independant programmers 
or charity organizations that don't hire salaried persons, and to contibute
to free open-source programs.
 Programs written with the personal edition may be distributed as freeware, 
shareware or commercial product, providing that the distributor don't charge 
the copies. If the distributor sells the copies, the author must get a licence
of the enterprise edition, but if the distributor has got one.


Licence of the enterprise edition

 Any enterprise of organization that employs salaried persons must get a
licence to use the Scriptol compiler but to contribute to free open-source
programs.
 A licence covers up to ten processors. Another licence must be paid for 
each set of ten more processors, until the ceiling of two housands of processors. 
A licence for two housands of processors allows for unlimited number of desktops.

Programs generated by the Sol compiler

 Programs generated by the Sol compiler are the property of their authors 
and may be distributed in any form, providing that the programmer has the 
right to use either the personal or enterprise edition.
