Examples of help macros
=======================
There are four files:
	ke.hpj	project file	(hcw.exe source file)
	ke.cnt contents file	(hcw.exe source file)
	ke.rtf rich text file	(hcw.exe source file)
	ke.hlp help file	(hcw.exe target file)
The .cnt file has the format
	h title=tag
where h denotes the hierarchy level.
The .rtf file contains these macros
	#{\footnote tag }	${\footnote title }
