PE CHECKSUM CALCULATOR 1.0 (pechksum.exe)

Overview:
Calculate and set the checksum value within
the header region of a portable executable
(PE) file. Compilers generate this value to
safeguard the integrity of executable code.
Microsoft recommends that all programs should
have a valid checksum.

Directions:
Drag-and-drop a Win32 target file into the
checksum dialog box. Non-PE files and 16-bit
programs will return an error message. Valid
PE files can have the following extensions:

.EXE .DLL .SCR .CPL .OCX etc.
