I. Requirements
---------------

   To run Gemini 11, the following components are required:

-  Windows 95/98
-  Sound Blaster compatible sound card
-  32 MB RAM

   The following components are recommended

-  PC Compatible processor Intel 266 MHz
-  64 MB RAM 


II. Gemini Installation
----------------------

   1) You first need to install the VB5 runtime files. If not already installed on your Hard       Disk, you can download these files at:

   - http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/win95/dll.html
 
   These files shall normally be placed in your Windows\System directory.

   2) Create a new folder on your Hard Drive

   3) Unzip all files:
   
   4) Launch Setup

   

III. Help File
-------------------------
   The help file provides all information on how to play the simulation. Copy the Help file directory (Help) to the Gemini directory.

IV. Readme file
-------------------------
   The Readme file is the one you are reading now. Copy the readme file directory (Help) to the Gemini directory.

VII. Known bugs and last hour info 
----------------------------------

- Quit under the File Menu does not work. 
- Jettison button is inhibited after first mission. Reset mission does not reactivate the button. 
- After explosion , clicking on OK does re-explode the rocket. 
- Old trajectory remains after reset.

Gemini is free. The source code is free. Selling it is not allowed. 

IX. Distribution Integrity
--------------------------- 

This chapter applies to the official Gemini distribution. 
Gemini must be distributed only in the original archives. You are not allowed to distribute a modified version, nor to remove and/or add files to the archive. 

X. Reuse of source code 
-----------------------

The source code cannot be used in a commercial product without a written authorization of the authors. 

XI. Derivative work
-------------------

Derivative work and cooperation in the project is welcomed. Gemini is an open project and improvements are foreseen, including: 

- Sound and graphics 
- supporting more customised mission with a greater range of vehicles 
- Improving the general interface and layout 
- Upgrade the graphics to 3D and make full use of 3D graphic boards 
- Improved model of atmosphere and reentry heat effects 
- Improved cockpit and mission control design
