   1.An opening screen appears that lets Kagayaki III start.
     - An user's registration screen appears when you do not finish user's registration.
       - When you have user ID, please input it.
       - When you do not finish user's registration , please click a [Cancel] button.
       !!!An user's registration screen comes to go out of the 1.5 minute back frequently.
     - When you want to register an observation spot
       - Please push a [Add] button.An addition screen appears.
       - Please input each item.
         - The place name puts the plain observation place name.The input is possible to 50 characters.
         - When the right clicks a map, You can input a position. It is not so correct.
           But automatic entering is only longitude and latitude.
         - West longitude inputs it as a minus. (100 degrees of west longitude input it as -100).
         - The south latitude inputs it as a minus. (35 degrees of the south latitude input it as -35).
         - When you cannot know the height above the sea level of an observation spot, please let it alone.
           Big influence does not go.
         - for example,If an observation spot is New York, difference in time is -5.0.
         - The daylight-saving time application time inputs the time to push forward.
           Time to push forward inputs 1 for one hour.
         ! About precision of the input value
           Latitude longitude correct as possible is necessary when you use a semi automatic navigation "IZANAI" function.
           It is desirable to enter it to a decimal of a unit of a minute if it is possible.
           Please acquire correct latitude longitude from car navigation and Internet and map software.

     - A method to change an observation spot
       - You select an observation and click [Edit] button .
       - Operation to change is the same as operation to add.
     - A method to eliminate an observation spot
       - You select an observation and click [Delete] button, the observation will delete.
       - Greenwich, Las Campanas, Tokyo astronomical observatory are registered from a beginning, but are good even if they have eliminated it.

     - About planisphere

       - Planisphere is updated every 20 seconds (in automatic driving).
       - Star atlas draws it, and be replaced when clicks the planisphere top.Therefore the place that wants to watch is found immediately.
     - About star atlas
       - Be equinoxes for 2000 years.
       - The position moves centrally the left when clicks it.
       - When the right clicks a heavenly body, a list of the nearby heavenly body which clicked appears.
         Detailed information of the heavenly body is displayed by an information memo under a screen when selects a list.
         "ClickPoint" in a list is the place that clicked.
       - About [ZOOM IN], [ZOOM OUT] button.
         - Spread when clicks it, and reduce it.
         - Density of a displayed star is coordinated automatically.
         - A step of a coordinate line is adjusted automatically.
       - About "sensitivity"
         - You can change a brightness and density of stars to display with a 1 click.
         - You can select 11 phases from -5 to +5.
         - You can click [-] [+] button, too.
       - Coordinate display
         - Always display declination and right ascension of the place pointing at with a cursor in the right lower part of star atlas.
         - This is displayed when points at the planisphere top with a cursor.
       - Page memory
         - Button on the left of star atlas is a page memory button.
         - Kagayaki III memorize a displayed screen currently.You can make Observation plan beforehand indoors.
         - Push a [Set] button (a [Set] button becomes bright).
         - Click the memory jump button which wants to let you memorize it ([0]-[9]) (the button which let you memorize it becomes bright).
           - It was memorized therefore.
           - After this, push a memory jump button, and be reproduced.
           - It is an indication coordinate, a reduced scale that be memorized.
           - When it is not automatic driving, time of a calendar clock of the time is memorized.
         - [<] [>] button is the paging button which is familiar with browsers.

       - It is displayed when points at star atlas with a cursor.
     - About a calendar clock
       - A calendar clock under planisphere is made with an image of a panel clock.
       - You can change a date, time by clicking first half minute of each panel, a lower half share.
         You can watch future heavenly phenomena phenomenon in the past.
         Kagayaki III does not consider proper motion of stars.
         - A background of a calendar clock becomes black when changes it.
         - Automatic driving stops at a point then.Update stops, too.
         - Always display the sky of the date and time that a calendar clock shows.
         - Gap time from time is displayed currently on the right top of a calendar clock.
       - A calendar clock returns currently in time when clicks a [NOW] button, and automatic driving is reopened.
         - A background of a calendar clock returns to red.
         - Indication of gap time returns to "Auto Drive."
     - About a search of a heavenly body
       - It is a heavenly body search list that the left lower part of a screen includes.
       - The heavenly body is displayed in the star atlas center when clicks a heavenly body displayed by a list.
         In addition, detailed information of the heavenly body is displayed by a heavenly body information memo.

     - About key operation

   - This uses only setting circles not to use a motor drive, a navigation computer, and be functions to guide a telescope to a heavenly body for the purpose.

   - Necessary preparations
     - Please register an east longitude and north latitude of observation place as possible precisely (use car navigation, Internet, map software).
     - Work is need to declination setting circles beforehand (be in order to reduce mistake operation).Please do it indoors.
       - Add to a telescope toward North Pole direction (be not the real north, B, North Pole direction of mounting of a telescope).
       - You prepare a marker and a pen.
       - 180 degrees spin a telescope to South Pole direction only in a declination axis. Even both rotation is all right.
       - Please apply setting circles of declination.
         Range to apply is the range that spun now.
         (the arrow should have been opened with 90->0->90.  half of declination setting circles.)

   - Usage
     1.Set the first standard star
       - Select a standard star and a heavenly body.(use a search function, and the right clicks star atlas).
         A star or a planet of 1 magnitude will be plain.
       - Click a [NAVI] button. An IZANAI screen appears.
       - Point a telescope to the heavenly body which selected.
         Click a [Std Star] button if arrested you in the center of a field of vision .
       - Input a coordinate of mounting (setting circles).
         !! Because IZANAI  memorizes time of the moment when put a [Std Star] button to, be all right even if this afterward operates slowly.
         !! While you work slowly, a heavenly body will deviate from a field of vision of a telescope steadily, but please do not move a telescope.
         - Please read it as possible precisely (to be 0.1 degrees, right ascension with declination, 1.0 minute unit).
         - Read declination setting circles of a telescope.
         - Please do not make a mistake in +-. Is it the part which it applied with a marker that point?
         - Read right ascension setting circles of a telescope.
           If it is the part which declination applied with a marker, 12h please put off a reading of right ascension.
              ex. If it was a reading of 23h53m, become 11h53m.
           If be not the parts which declination applied with a marker || right ascension || as it is.
              ex. If it was a reading of 23h53m, be things of 23h53m.
         - Please input the value that read.
         - Please click a [Add] button.
       - One standard star was registered therefore.
         If be done pole axial setting and a level final performance of mouting, IZANAI already functions.
         Go to 3.
     2.Set the second standard star
       - Please select a far-off heavenly body among the first standard star.
         An error becomes big that is too near.
         Be too near to deneb, for example, with Albireo.
         Distance of deneb and Arcturus is all right.
       - A method of setting is the same as the first standard star.
     3.As for your telescope, navigation became possible!
       - The right clicks a search list or star atlas, and please select the heavenly body which wants to do navigation.
       - Click a [NAVI] button.An IZANAI screen appears.
         - In case of one standard star, be displayed with a "SynchronizePolerAxis" mode.
         - When setting is considered to be it, a pole axis is all right by this state.
       - Move your telescope to a position the same as displayed "Setting Circles Coordinates".
         - If there was unreasonableness to a right ascension position, please do it to the position that put off 12h.
           Please pay attention to a position of declination then.
         - Because "Setting Circles Coordinates" is updated every moment by realtime, re-indication is unnecessary.
       - Introduced it, and were completed therefore!
         - Will not be just middles, but a field of vision of a telescope should catch a heavenly body if it is low magnification.
     4.When a gap is big
       - When a gap is big (degree to deviate from a field of vision), add the third standard star.
         A method is the same.
         Introduction precision is average, and become correct.
       - A standard star can register itself to ten.
       - When pole axis setting, a level final performance of mouting are considered to be it, please always do a standard star in one (a state of "SynchronizePolerAxis" mode indication).

     5.When a gap is too big

       - The heavenly body which you caught with a telescope was different from the standard star that you selected.
       - A standard star was too near to a standard star.
       - The introduction was successful, but a heavenly body is too dark || or angular diameter of a heavenly body is too small || or weather is bad.
       - Magnification is high. Please use it by minimum magnification.
