This Internet screensaver shows every 20 minutes an updated view of the region as seen from Space. 

Displayed are current earthquakes, cloud cover, hurricanes, active volcanoes, day/night changes, the moonphase and satellites (including the International Space Station and the Space Shuttle, if in orbit).

The free screensavers are ad-supported. The [<- Backspace] key lets you return to  the screensaver after you have visited a sponsor-ad.
