Clean Free is a Windows/95/98/2000 utility that writes binary zeroes to the remaining free space on a selected drive. After the user enters a filename and location, such as c:\clean.dat, the program writes binary zeroes to that file until the file consumes the remaining free space, and then deletes the file.

It is a utility for the security conscious. The program is very compact, only 8KB zipped, and 109KB unzipped. It was written with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. This utility is free.
