PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
-------------------
TLFRadio is a Windows 95/98 software interface for the AIMS Lab RadioTrack 
PC card. Its features include the following:

*  A popup menu for changing the configuration of the program as 
   described below.
*  Seven different radio form styles which can be selected from the popup
   menu.
*  A built-in program scheduler to schedule up to five radio programs.
*  Command-line parameters to give instructions to the program on start-up.
*  Through the Options menu the user can select which form is to be 
   displayed when TLFRadio is executed and whether the form is to have a
   raised or recessed appearance.
*  Tune and Fine tune radio buttons. The amount of incrementation and 
   decrementation can be changed through the Options menu.
*  Scanning buttons. The amount of frequency change and the delay between 
   frequency changes can be selected from the Options menu.
*  A Mute button which turns the audio on and off.
*  A Border button which displays the radio form with or without a Windows 
   border.
*  Preset buttons and a Memory button for storing up to 100 frequencies. 
   Once stored, the radio station can be quickly tuned by pressing the 
   appropriate Preset button.
*  A Presets window which allows the user to display, edit, and enter up 
   to 100 radio station frequencies with a description for each station. 
   Double clicking on any given frequency directly accesses the radio 
   station.
*  Custom files which contain preset and schedule data can be configured
   and saved for later retrieval. The files are saved and opened through
   the popup menu.
*  Volume control buttons to adjust the loudness of the station.
*  Changing the font and color of the Frequency Display Panel through the
   popup menu.
*  Directly accessing a station by entering its frequency through the 
   Direct dialog box. 
*  An Alarm button to activate/deactivate an alarm control for turning on
   the radio or playing a user-selected wave file. The Alarm feature is 
   set through the popup menu and can also be activated/deactivated 
   through the menu.
*  A Snooze button to activate/deactivate a snooze control which turns 
   off the radio after a user-specified time. The Snooze control is set
   through the popup menu and can also be activated/deactivated through
   the menu. 
*  A comprehensive Help facility activated with the Help button or 
   through the popup menu.

INSTALLATION
------------
TLFRadio has no special setup or configuration. Simply unzip the file 
TLFRdxxx.ZIP, copy the files into a subdirectory of your choice, set up a
Program Group, or simply add the TLFRadio icon to the Desktop.

Once installed, to quickly see how the program works,

   o  Click on the program icon.
   o  Click on the Power button.
   o  Adjust the volume by clicking on the [+] or [-] buttons.
   o  Click the Tune or Fine Tune buttons to turn in a station.
