PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Beagle Software's CallWatch V1.1.0 lets you make the 
least expensive call every time you dial. It chooses 
the least cost long distance carrier for the specific 
type of call and time of day. CallWatch includes a 
powerful contact database that lets you find people 
quickly and store important information about conver-
sations, meetings or events easily.
Complete on-line documentation including Help,  
User Guide, FAQ and Troubleshooting.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
=========================
- To install CallWatch on your hard drive, from the Windows 95/98/NT
  Start Menu, choose Run; type 
	CallW110.EXE
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
- At the end of the installation of the main module the wizard will prompt you to download
  the Support Files from the Beagle Software web site.  These files are
  the required support runtime DLL files to run CallWatch.
-You must have an active Internet connection to download the files.
-The wizard will then open your browser. The web page explains the download
 procedure and provides a link to the download file. 
 If the browser page does not open automatically, then enter 
	http://www.beaglesoft.com/Data/CLDLL110.EXE
 in your browser to download the Support File executable.
-Save the downloaded file to a directory.
-When the download is complete, run the executable CLDLL110.EXE
-Follow the directions from the wizard.
-Total installation requires approximately 3 MB of free hard disk space. 

Note: You may be asked to re-boot the computer midway through the installation.
This is to permit the installation of the OLE DLL's required to continue the installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions: re-boot and restart the installation after the re-boot.

SOFTWARE REMOVAL
=========================
Software can be removed from the system by invoking the uninstall wizard -
Uninstall.EXE located in the main CallWatch directory.  The wizard guide
the user through removing the application, support files and registry settings
from the user's computer.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
=========================
- Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT
- 8 MB application RAM, (16 MB recommended)
- 1.5 MB hard disk space (max.)

REGISTRATION

$39.95 USD to register CallWatch Pro.
To register this software complete the order form included in the installation (order.txt) and mail or fax it to Beagle Software.
You can also register directly on the Beagle software web site (http://www.beaglesoft.com). 
Registered users are upgraded to the Pro version which has no limit on the number of slides in a show.
