HangUp is a small command-line utility which will hang up the
first active dial-up-networking (DUN) connection it finds.

  To run HangUp, simply type

     HangUp

  From a command-prompt.

( Or call HangUp.Exe from a batch file or script file...).

This utility is useful to those who dial up an Internet services
provider and perform automated network tasks in the evening.
( Such as downloading files, sending e-mail to mailing lists, etc.)

HangUp will allow you to terminate your dialup connection when
  you're done with your task.

HangUp does not have a built-in scheduler. You must use a separate
utility to schedule its execution. It is a console utility, so
it is possible to use it in a batch file.

HangUp is shareware. It is not free. If you continue to use
HangUp after 30 days you must register it.

The registration fee is $10.00 in U.S. funds.

On-line credit-card registration is available. Please see
the shareware section of my web site for details:

HangUp is not crippled. It is fully functional. The trial version
includes an extra message indicating that the version you are using
  is a trial version.

Once you register, you'll be given instructions that will allow you
to download the fully registered copy.

Thank you for trying out HangUp!
