I) Introduction

	A) What is D-URL v2.1, what can it do for me?

D-URL v2.1 is a simple, small and easy to use program that allows you to
store and keep track of your favourite Web Page Addresses. D-URL allows you and
others to enter and store all your favourite Web Pages under Categories. The
program supports multiple users so you and everyone else who use the same computer
can use this program to store their Web Page addresses seperately. The program
hides data such that only you can view your data and not everyone else.

	B) Requirements

Windows 95/98/ME/XP or similar compatible operating system
		486 DX2 Processor
		8 MB RAM
		15" Monitor

II) User Accounts

	A) Why do I need an User Account?

Well, this program supports multiple users which means that different people
can use this program to store their URL's. It wouldn't really make any sense if
everyone's data is made available to every other user to View, Delete or Modify.
Thus arises the need for each user to have his own unique Username and Password which
allows the program to store each user's data individually in an ecrypted format and
allow the user to View, Delete and Modify the information only if the user supplies
the correct password. So, now different people can have different data and have all
this information encrypted with their Password so that only they have access to it
	at any time.

	B) Creating a New User Account

To create an new account for yourself :

		1) Run the program and click on "Login" in the Main Menu.
		2) At the bottom of the new form that pops up, click on the button that says
"New User? Click here to Create a New Login ID!".
		3) Now a new form will be displayed. In this new form, enter the Username
and Password you would prefer to have for this account.
		4) Once your done filling up all the fields, click on "Create ID" to have
		   your Account created.

*** Please note that Passwords are case-sensitive which means that "a" would
differ from "A". So, please make sure you remember your password exactly how
you type it while creating a New Account. Your password is the only key
information which is used to grant you access to your data, if you forget it,
then you might not be able to access any data you might have entered. So
please remember your Password exactly. Nothing can be done if you have
		forgotten your password.

	C) Logging into the program using your Account information

To log into your User Account so that you may Add,Delete or Modify your data :

just click on the "Logout" button and confirm that you wish to logout and you
will be logged out of the program.

III) Categories

	A) What are Categories? Why do I need to have them?

Categories are used to store similar URL's together as one group. For example,
you could have a Cateory called 'Search Engines' which would contain the URL's of all

IV) Troubleshooting

Q1) I get the error message "A required .DLL file,MSVBVM60.dll, was not found." when
	    I run the program?

This is because the MSVBVM60.DLL file is a required Visual Basic Runtime File.
You can download this file from http://www.dimbu.com\d-url\msvbvm60.zip After your download
it, unzip its contents in your Windows\System\ directory.

Q2) I get the error message "Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

This is because the file 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' does not exist in your computer or is
not registered. Use the windows search function to search for the file in your default
Windows\System\ directory. If the file does not exist, then download it from
http://www.dimbu.com\d-url\mscomctl.zip and unzip its contents into your Windows\System
directory. Incase the file exists, then click on START, then RUN and type in
"regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx" (without the double quotes) and click on 'OK'.

Q3) When I try to login by giving my username and password, it says "Invalid username or password!"?

This means that you have entered your username or password incorrectly. Check
if you have entered your correct username in its correct spelling. Also, passwords
are case-sensitive, so try re-entering your password exactly as you entered it during
	the creation of your Account.

Q4) When I try to create an User Account, it says "That User ID has already been taken,
	    please choose another"

This error message means that someone else has already created an Account with
the same username. It is not possible for there to be more than one user with the same
Username, so please think up of a different Username and re-create your Account.

Q5) When I try to create an User Account, I get an error message saying, "Your passwords
don't match! Please enter the same Password in both the password fields...remember,
	    passwords are case sensitive."

In the New User Account form, there is a text area where you enter your Password
and another text area where you re-enter the same password to verify if you have entered
the password in the first text area correctly. The above error message is generated when
both the passwords do not match. Please make sure you have entered the password in both
the fields exactly the same way. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive.

Q6) When I login using my Account Information, it displays a message which says
"Imposter! These Category Files don't seem to belong to you! Please refer to the readme
	    file for more details."

This error occurs only if you have tried in some way to to alter your files or
have tried to import some other user's files and are trying to pass it off as your own.
Please note that when this error occurs, the program will refrain from showing you any
data that has not been encrypted with your password.
