End-User License Agreement for Spider Writer Version 4.01.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE FIRST USING 
THE SOFTWARE.  THIS DOCUMENT PROVIDES IMPORTANT 
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE, PROVIDES YOU WITH 
A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY AND 
LIABILITY INFORMATION.  BY FIRST USING THE SOFTWARE, 
YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME 
BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT 
WISH TO DO SO, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

DISCLAIMER

The current software and materials are supplied on an 'AS IS' basis.  
Actipro Software LLP accepts no responsibility for any losses immediate 
or consequential resulting from the use of, or the inability to use 
the current software or materials.  You are urged to use normal 
computer security back up procedures and caution when testing and 
using the software.

The user is granted a license to use this program 30 times, after 
which the license expires and registration is required for further 
usage.

No user may modify this program in any way, without the express 
written permission of Actipro Software LLP, including, but not limited 
to, decompiling, disassembling, debugging or otherwise reverse-
engineering the program.

WARRANTY

Actipro Software LLP makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, 
as to the suitability of this program for a particular purpose and 
shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of productivity, 
loss of profits or savings or any other incidental or consequential 
damages, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from any 
failure of the product to operate in any manor desired by the user 
for which it was not intended or as a result it was intended.  
Actipro Software LLP shall not be liable for any damage to data or 
property, which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of the 
program.

Actipro Software LLP shall not be expected to provide automatic or other 
notification or provision of upgrades, fixes, modifications etc. to 
non-licensed users.

Actipro Software LLP shall support licensed users by providing bug fixes, 
enhancements, upgrades and future developments at a reasonable 
charge and in a timely manor.
