*  IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON REVIVE98 ver. 1.2b  *
*  June 1999					*
*************************************************

Revive98 ver. 1.2b is a beta version(fully functional demo). This is not a crippleware. It has no Nag screens etc. It has no time limit as such, but you are advised to switch over to the full version, as and when available.

PURPOSE OF REVIVE98
-------------------
	Revive98 is a small but powerfull backup utility. It automatically selects and backs up the core files required by Windows 98 OS, at a safe place. In case of crisis, these files can be retrieved. Thus the user is saved from wading through the jungle of windows directories to hunt for important files to backup.

NOTE: Revive 98 is meant to work, and is tested on Windows 98 ONLY. Revive98 may/maynot work on Windows NT and will NOT work on Windows 3.x

INSTALLATION/UNINSTALLATION
---------------------------
	Installation of the program is very simple. First uncompress the REVIVE98.ZIP file to get

	SETUP.EXE	-	The Main Installation File
	README.TXT	-	This File

	Just run the file SETUP.EXE through 'My Computer', 'Explorer' etc. and an automatic installation proceeds. The setup process is self explainatery.
	You may also, manually run the file by issuing the below command, by clicking Start > Run...
(assuming the file is at C:\ on your hard disk)
	c:\setup.exe

	For uninstallation, go to the Control Panel and start the 'Add/Remove Programs' module. Find an entry of Revive98 in the installed software's list. Click the Add/Remove... button. Answer 'yes' to the confirmation, and instantly an intellegent uninstall proceeds, leaving no traces of the application on your system. Shared files like the Visual Basic runtime Dlls are not removed from your system as other software need the file.
