Essentially, it's a program to create and delete symbolic
links on NTFS 5 (Windows 2000 and later). Press the Help
button within the application for more.

This program and all materials related to it are under
the GNU General Public Licence, a copy of which you will
find accompanying this file - EXCEPT those parts of the
source written by Mikael Nordell (tamlin@algonet.se) which
remain under his copyright and licensing conditions.

If this is a pure binary release, you can get the sources
from http://www.nedprod.com/programs/Win32/SymLink/.

You'll need a copy of Qt for Windows from Trolltech
(http://www.trolltech.com/). I have a paid for copy of
v3.0.4 which I hacked into a static library and bound it
directly.

There is no reason why you couldn't use Qt 2.3 non-
commercial version for Windows, which is a pre-built DLL
for GPL use. It can still be found for download around
the internet.

If you make any improvements, I would be very glad to add
them to my version if you want. Contact me at
SymLinkSupport@nedprod.com.
