of the beta version (Version 1.0 Beta) of the QSO
logging software, hereafter known as "the software",
(in executable form) for evaluation purposes only.
Do not use this software to log real amateur radio
communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Ronald L Scheckelhoff disclaims all warranties, 
expressed or implied with regard to the software,
and does not imply the fitness of the software 
for any particular purpose.

3)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
in no event shall Ronald L. Scheckelhoff be liable
for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
whatsoever, including but not limited to any 
damages for loss of profits or loss of business
information or loss of personal information arising
out of the use of the software or the inability to
use the software.

4)
You accept the software "as is".  Additionally,
you acknowledge that software that is in a beta 
stage of development may have problems (bugs) of
a known or an unknown nature, and you will hold 
Ronald L Scheckelhoff  blameless for any problems
caused by same.

5)
You will use the software only within the United
States and will not export the software to
countries outside of the United States.

6)
Do not use the software unless you can accept
a re-formatting of your hard drive as a consequence
of the usage of the software.  In other words,
you agree to use this software only on a computer
that contains no information that has any value.
Do not use this software as your primary station
logbook.

7)
You may not decompile or disassemble this software
except to the extent that such activity is expressly
permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation.

8)
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state
of North Carolina.

9)
Do not use this software to log real amateur radio communications.
