SOLUTION:
At the Main menu choose Backup. Four submenus are available:

    Total: Backs up the entire hard drive to a tape.
        Choose Total Back Up from the submenu.
        Enter the drive letter and the optional starting path for the backup.
        	NOTE: 	For full system backups, leave the starting path blank.
        Give a volume a name that can be associated with the backup set.
        Choose whether or not to compress the data (use the SPACEBAR to select).
        Enter a name for the error log file or use the default (ERROR.LOG).
        Select whether or not to password protect the backup set.
        Choose the scheduler to schedule the backup for a later time or choose Back Up Now to start the backup.
    Selective: Backs up only the files or directories that have been specifically selected.
        Choose Selective Backup from the selective menu.
        Enter the drive letter and the optional starting path for the backup.
        Tag the files to back up using the ARROW KEYS to scroll up and down, the PLUS and MINUS symbols to expand and contract the file folders, and the SPACEBAR to tag and untag the files.
        Select the OK button.
        Give a volume a name that can be associated with the backup set.
        Choose whether or not to compress the data (use the SPACEBAR to select).
        Enter a name for the error log file or use the default (ERROR.LOG).
        Select whether or not to password protect the backup set.
        Choose the scheduler to schedule the backup for a later time or choose Back Up Now to start the backup.
    Modified Files Only: Backs those files that have been changed since the last full system backup.
        Choose Modified Backup from the submenu.
        Enter the drive letter and the optional starting path for the backup.
        Give a volume a name that can be associated with the backup set.
        Choose whether or not to compress the data (use the SPACEBAR to select).
        Enter a name for the error log file or use the default (ERROR.LOG).
        Select whether or not to password protect the backup set.
        Choose the scheduler to schedule the backup for a later time or choose Back Up Now to start the backup.
    Multiple Disk: If the hard drive is divided into logical drives or if there is more than one physical hard drive, they can all be backed up at once with multiple disk backup.
        Choose Multiple Disk from the submenu.
        Enter the type of backup to perform: T for Total, S for Selective, or M for Modified.
        To perform another operation of backup, enter choices in any blank line. Enter as many as ten selections. The setting will be saved until changes have been made to them.
        Select Backup Now to start the backup.
